Ofra Holding GmbH, Germany is pleased to announce the hand-over of the management of the OFRA Resort Hotel Mallorca, a four star de-luxe resort hotel in Bendinat, Mallorca to Lindner Hotels AG, Germany. The hotel will be renamed "Lindner Golf & Wellness Resort Bendinat." Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advised Ofra Holding GmbH exclusively during the negotiations.

The German group Lindner Hotels AG will operate the property, which opened in late 1999, subject to a long-term operating lease. The hotel benefits from its prominent location in the up-scale residential area of Bendinat, within the Royal Bendinat Golf Club, which is close to Palma, the airport and Puerto Portals.

The 100-room, luxury four star resort hotel offers guests suites, five conference rooms, three F&B outlets as well as leisure and spa facilities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool.

Lindner Hotels & Resorts is a German hotel group with a portfolio of 20 hotels and about 2,500 rooms in Europe. The majority (15) of its properties are located in Germany.
