Starwood opens dedicated contact centre in China.

To celebrate the opening, the global hotel company has launched a series of special deals in Mainland China.

By calling up the Starwood China Customer Contact Centre at 4008688688, guests can be entitled to an attractive ‘hot' rate from RMB288++ for their stay at any of Starwood Hotels in Mainland China across six celebrated brands: St. Regis, Le Meridien, Westin, Sheraton, Four Points by Sheraton and aloft.

"We are thrilled with the opening of this dedicated Starwood Customer Contact Centre in China," said Qian Jin, Senior Vice President of Operations, China & Taiwan, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. "The opening of a dedicated hotel customer contact centre here in China is testimony to the level of commitment by Starwood Hotels & Resorts to the importance and great potential of this region. With 47 hotels currently operating in Greater China and over 60 hotels under construction to date, with more to be signed, this Customer Contact Centre will play an important role in helping us connect with our customers and offering them quality customer care."

By 2020, China is predicted to generate more than 100 million outbound trips a year, making it one of the largest origins of outbound travel in the world.
