Sharing the philosophy of great customer care is one of the keys to this new agreement. Travelocity today announces an official distribution agreement with New York's hometown airline, JetBlue Airways.

Flights from this leading low-cost, high-frills carrier are now available for Travelocity customers traveling to any one of its 53 destinations. Additionally, JetBlue flights will soon be added to Travelocity vacation packages.

"JetBlue offers great in-flight amenities and additional options for our customers," said Simon Bramley, vice president of flights for Travelocity. "JetBlue's industry-leading Customer Bill of Rights also aligns with the Travelocity Guarantee and our own Bill of Rights. We are committed to ensuring travelers have great experiences by establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers such as JetBlue who also support a focus on the customer."

From its base of operations at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport and key cities of Boston; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Long Beach, CA; Oakland, CA; and Washington, D.C., JetBlue currently offers 550 flights daily to leisure destinations like the Bahamas, Aruba and Cancun.

While onboard, JetBlue keeps customers happy with 36 channels of free, live DIRECTV programming and more than 100 channels of XM Satellite Radio; free and unlimited name-brand snack selections; and the most legroom of any other airline in coach.

"Travelocity offers a great channel for reaching prospective customers across all of JetBlue's markets," said Brett Cochran, Manager of Distribution and Sales Development for JetBlue. "Most importantly, we also share a philosophy of great customer care."
