Spotme a wireless communication service for meetings and events, will launch a new and improved Spotme service for the global meetings industry -

The new Spotme will first be used at meetings in Europe, China, and Singapore this June.

The new service features state-of-the-art wireless handheld devices with an RFID card reader, positioning technology, color screen, keyboard, and a wireless microphone and speaker.

Spotme's new features make networking even easier. A full-text search works like your favorite search engine to quickly find participants relevant to you. You enter a few keywords in a text box and Spotme returns a list of participants that match those keywords.

For those people that forget names, a new face search helps you browse the participant list by photograph.  After you meet a person, you can enter notes into Spotme and those notes will be sent to you electronically with the person's business card and photo after the meeting.

In addition, the new Spotme is eco-friendly.  The binder, maps, electronic feedback forms, and searchable photo database provide real-time information at your fingertips, while reducing the need to make costly printouts that are usually tossed out after the event.

Monitoring attendance in sessions and tracking educational credits has never been easier. The new Spotme combines positioning technology with RFID and an online reporting system to gather data on registrations, attendance, and feedback on sessions.
