SIH Hotel Management K.K., is pleased to announce its first hotel management agreement with Reality Management Fukuoka K.K. The contract commences from December 1st 2024.
SIH Hotel Management K.K., a Tokyo based Third Party and White Label Hotel operator, is a joint venture between two powerhouse partners, Shiki Properties K.K. and infinitude hospitality Japan K.K. (IHJ).
SIH Hotel Solutions will manage the operations of the 126-key Hotel Japanesque ZeQuu Hotel & Annex and 2 vibrant restaurants. The hotel is across two building and is inspired by a modern Kyoto aesthetic. An ideal refuge from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto, the property is just a short 10-minute walk from Hachijo-dori exit, Kyoto Station.
The hotel is situated in an up-and-coming area of Kyoto with a burgeoning and rapidly developing food and beverage scene. Set slightly away from the tourism hot spots the property and easy access to all of the major public transportation links.
