Air France-KLM has announced the opening of its new Africa headquarters in Nairobi.

The newly established regional hub encompasses seven key markets, comprising Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Djibouti, South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana. Notably, South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana are the latest additions to the Air France-KLM network.

Heading the African region is Mr. Marius van der Ham, who will serve as the General Manager (GM).

The Africa headquarters in Nairobi will provide a range of services to customers, including ticketing, sales, and customer support.

By bolstering its presence on the ground, Air France-KLM says it aims to meet the surging demand for air travel in East and Southern Africa, as well as Nigeria and Ghana.

Air France-KLM already operates flights to several destinations in East Africa, such as Nairobi and Dar es Salaam.
