Acquisition of brand assessment practice to help protect leading hospitality, restaurant and retail brands.
The Brand Operations Services business and its TrueView analytics platform will reside in the EcoSure business, creating a global leader in brand protection serving the world’s leading hospitality, restaurant and retail brands in more than 110 countries.
Brand Operations Services will continue to offer client brand standard services including onsite inspections and data-driven analytics, helping to address the customer experience relating to the brand standard needs of Ecolab’s current and future customers.

The acquisition of the Brand Operations Services business follows Ecolab’s recent acquisition of technology-driven public health company, Hazel Analytics. The Hazel Analytics team within EcoSure continues to provide the food safety and regulatory compliance-focused Health Department Intelligence platform used by the majority of the country’s largest food service and retail brands.
No additional transaction terms will be disclosed.
