Exploring the new All-Inclusive model
Friday, 28th April 2017
Source : JLL

The All-Inclusive model has experienced a dramatic shift over the past 15 years and while the industry's core offerings - comprehensive vacation packages that include meals, lodging and entertainment - haven't changed, the concept has become more in tune with today's hospitality trends.

All-Inclusive resorts now boast larger guestrooms, a variety of food and beverage options and more sophisticated entertainment venues.

Operators have also branched out into new markets, which has added locations like Roatan and Belize to the all-inclusive mix.

Some operators have continued to focus on value-oriented resorts while others are providing more luxurious, higher-cost experiences.

These changes have helped the segment mitigate seasonality and sell a wider variety of activities.

Learn more about the refreshed All-Inclusive model and how it's impacting the broader hospitality industry.
