GLH, London's largest owner-operator hotel company, has launched Clermont, a new luxury hotel and residence brand.
Clermont's first property will open in London in 2014, and will involve the renovation and rebranding of The Royal Horseguards Hotel, a 5-star hotel currently under the Guoman Hotels brand.
Clermont Singapore and Clermont Kuala Lumpur will follow in 2016. The Singapore property will offer 200 luxury residential units in Tanjong Pagar Centre, while Clermont Kuala Lumpur will offer 370 luxury apartments in Damansara City.
Both properties will offer exclusive amenities for residents.
GLH is a subsidiary of Singapore-listed GuocoLeisure Group, and plans to open Clermont-branded properties in the top 30 global cities. glh. refers to GLH Hotels Management (UK) Limited, the new name of Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Limited. glh. is the largest owner-operator hotel company in London with over 4,000 hotel rooms. In total glh. has 8,279 bedrooms 337 meeting rooms across 36 Hotels in the UK.
