GLA Hotels lead new build luxury hotel in Venezuela.

GLA Hotels, specialists in the development of luxury independent hotels for niche markets, has been appointed to lead the design and the development of a new build luxury hotel  in caracas, Venezuela.

Two private investors in Venezuela have engaged G.L.A Hotels to create a total new build luxury hotel in the centre of the capital, Caracas. G.L.A Hotels & its team of experts will undertake every aspect of the project - from designing the concept with the investors, sourcing architects & interior designers to then opening operations & positioning the hotel with the expertise of the company's sales & marketing team.

Located within the heart of the financial district of Caracas, this 5 star establishment will comprise of only 49 luxury Suites - spread over 3 floors suites will range from 40mē to 80mē - 2nd & 3rd floor suites will have balconies, ground floor will have private gardens.

The creation of several internal patios and landscaping with luxuriant foliage will create a total oasis within the centre of the city - a haven of greenery and peace leaving behind the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city.

G.L.A Hotels specialises in adapting projects to their local environment while at same time incorporating European norms of comfort and sophistication.

Principally aimed at travelling business men & women, the hotel will provide an elegant ambiance coupled with top level 5 star services, something not in abundance in the capital - the hotel will provide a range of services though the following list will grow as the project develops - State of the art conference rooms, gastronomic restaurant, infinity lap-pool on the roof top, sports club, barber shop, shoe shine, Fitness Centre & Spa - all exclusively for use by hotel residents and their guests. Privacy and security will be key factor with a team present 24 hours.

The hotel is scheduled to open its doors at the end of 2011 (targeted date of inauguration of 11/11/11). G.L.A Hotels has appointed the talented French interior designer, Trsitan Auer, to undertake the decoration of the hotel. Tristan will work in close partnership with G.L.A Hotels' President, Grace Leo.

This new hotel in Caracas aims to be one of the top of South America and will set new standards for the luxury hotel industry on the Continent.
