The Swiss based hospitality student and alumni recruitment company - HGR - has signed contracts with leading global hotel groups Hilton and Marriott to support their 2008 graduate management ‘Elevator' and ‘Voyage' development programmes.

The Hilton ‘Elevator' and Marriott ‘Voyage' programmes were introduced in each case to enable graduates applying for positions within each hotel group to ‘fast track' to the top. 

Within Hilton's five year ‘Elevator' programme, you can choose to apply for either the General Manager or Commercial Operations programme; the 24 month Management Training Programme at Marriott ‘Voyage' opens up a number of avenues for candidates to become departmental leaders, sales planning advisors or trainers.

Through their work with over 150 global leading hospitality management schools and universities, the team at HGR, each of whom have hotel management experience and education, is playing a pivotal role in helping Hilton and Marriott source and secure highly skilled and hotelschool qualified, leadership talents.  

HGR is involved to help promote and market each of the hotel programmes and drive first class applicants from their database of multiculturally diverse and skilled hotelschool qualified candidates.
