Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn is pleased to announce that it will officially welcome guests from April 2026, marking the beginning of its highly anticipated debut as the first Grand Nikko hotel in Thailand.

Inspired by the Art of omotenashi, we are pleased to present a refined and evolving experience for our guests.

With a commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality and service, the opening will be implemented in phases, allowing guests to experience a carefully curated and refined stay from the very beginning.

Located on South Sathorn Road, in one of Bangkok’s most prestigious business and lifestyle districts, the hotel will combine the timeless elegance of Japanese hospitality with Thai contemporary sophistication, offering a distinctive experience for both business and leisure travelers.

A Curated Opening Experience

Accommodation

The spacious guestrooms have been thoughtfully designed to blend timeless Japanese aesthetics with contemporary comfort. Each room is elegantly appointed with premium amenities, including a TOTO WASHLET, smart TV, and Nespresso coffee machine, while offering captivating views of Bangkok’s dynamic cityscape.

Dining Venues

Its name inspired by the Thai cultural concept of “fun,” the restaurant SANUK will celebrate the joy of all-day dining in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. From a delightful breakfast to enticing à la carte selections for lunch and dinner, SANUK will bring together international favorites, Thai classics, and Mediterranean delights in a warm, contemporary setting.

ICHO will offer a distinctive interpretation of teppanyaki, with each dish prepared and cooked with precision on an iron plate in front of guests. Seasonal ingredients from Japan and Thailand will be showcased to highlight pure flavors and refined textures.

TENKU 33 promises a truly elevated rooftop experience above the city. Guests will be able to savor elegantly crafted cocktails paired with flavorful dishes and stunning views, creating an unforgettable journey at one of Bangkok’s premier rooftop bars.

LA-MUN is a coffee and patisserie shop that will offer freshly baked creations daily, featuring premium chocolates and refined flavors inspired by Thai and Japanese influences.

Facilities

Guests can relax at the outdoor swimming pool, where a sun deck with comfortable seating will offer a serene retreat with panoramic city views.

The hotel’s fully equipped fitness center will feature modern cardio and strength-training equipment, alongside a dedicated yoga studio designed for mindful movement in a calm setting.

Phased Opening of Signature Facilities

As part of the hotel’s dedication to excellence, certain signature facilities are currently in their final stages of preparation and will become operational in the coming months. They include:

  • Benkay, the hotel’s signature innovative Japanese fine dining restaurant
  • TENKU 33 outdoor garden
  • divana Spa, developed in collaboration with divana®, offering holistic wellness experiences
  • Nikko Club Lounge, which will provide an exclusive and elevated experience for guests staying in selected rooms

A New Landmark in Sathorn

Ideally situated in the heart of Sathorn, the hotel will offer convenient access to Bangkok’s key business districts, embassies, cultural attractions, and entertainment venues. It is located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Chong Nonsi BTS Skytrain station and within a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

As the first Grand Nikko hotel in Thailand, the property represents a significant milestone for the brand’s expansion in Southeast Asia, introducing a new level of Japanese hospitality to the region.

Commitment to Omotenashi

Commented Harmen Dubbelaar, General Manager, Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn, “We are delighted we’ll be able to begin welcoming our guests this April and to introduce the Grand Nikko experience to Bangkok. Inspired by the Art of omotenashi, we are pleased to present a refined and evolving experience, with additional signature offerings to be unveiled in the months ahead.”
