Following the monumental success of last year’s events, the Direct Booking Summit series returns this Autumn in two new locations: New York and Barcelona.

The Summits are the biggest events in the industry 100% dedicated to direct bookings, and they’re a chance for hoteliers and industry insiders to get together, benchmark, and strategise.

Over the course of two days, there will be talks and workshops hosted by over 25 industry experts on the most burning hospitality questions. The Direct Booking Summits will be deep-diving into topics as diverse as:

  • Hey, big spender. The hidden value of direct bookers.
  • How effective is your team? Give them a scaffold to help them grow.
  • Cracking the buyer behaviour code. Understand and anticipate.
  • Data, data, data. Let it do the work for you.

The team behind the event have spent the year thinking about the hotels really driving best practice in the direct booking field, and they’re bringing them to DBS to share their insights and inspire an industry.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Riko van Santen - Kempinski Hotels
  • Dan Towvim - Sonesta Hotels
  • Derek Brewster -Lotte New York Palace
  • Monique Strouvens - Group Germain Hotels
  • Dr Jan Sammeck - Deutsche Hospitality

and dozens more. Take a look at the full website for all the details, follow the event on Twitter at @bookingsummit, or email hq@directbookingsummit.com for more information.

Grab your tickets soon - prices rise at the end of July! Get them here for New York, and here for Barcelona. See you there!
