Region’s most successful homegrown hospitality brand also scoops the award for ”‘Best Business Hotel in Jordan for Amman Rotana”.
Reinforcing its reputation for delivering outstanding guest experiences, Rotana, one of the leading hotel management companies in the region with hotels across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, celebrated a double win at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2017.
Rotana was crowned ‘Best Hotel Brand in the Middle East’ at the prestigious annual awards, and also picked up the award for ‘Best Business Hotel in Jordan’ for Amman Rotana.
The awards were presented at a glittering ceremony held in Dubai, just a day before the opening of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2017, which takes place in the city from 24 " 27 April 2017.
Hosted each year by ‘Business Traveller’, the Business Traveller Middle East Awards are a celebration of the region’s cream of the crop in the business travel and hospitality sectors. The awards are voted for by the magazine’s readers, with all votes independently counted and audited by Jacobsons Direct, a leading UAE-based provider of data-driven marketing solutions.
“We are proud and honoured to be recognised as the leading hotel brand in the region,” said Guy Hutchinson, COO of Rotana. “The awards underscore the superior quality and service standards that distinguish Rotana from the competition, and are a clear reflection of our willingness to pay attention to the smallest of details to ensure unforgettable guest experiences. The awards will motivate us to strive even harder in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.”
“At Rotana we are dedicated to raising the standards within the hotel industry by constantly evolving our service offering, while simultaneously pursuing new opportunities for growth and expansion that will allow us to expand our global footprint and bring our vast hospitality expertise to high-potential markets around the world,” he added.
Rotana currently operates 55 properties across 14 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, and is gearing up to open 17 new properties before the end of 2018, adding a further 4,534 keys to the company’s existing inventory of 15,033 rooms.
