Bangalore-based start up, SavvyMob, is on an expansion path, spreading to 50 Indian destinations with over 500 hotels that include Royal Orchid, Golden Tulip, Summit Hotels, and Trip India Hotels.

Its latest expansion in the last six months also covered newer holiday destinations like Leh, Ladakh, Gangtok, Darjeeling, as well as north and northeast India.

SavvyMob is now in 50 Indian cities.

Bikram Sohal, CEO and co-founder of SavvyMob, said: “We will continue to increase our inventory over the next 12 months to become the largest supplier of last room availability for boutique and 3-to-5 star hotels and resorts in India.

“With the investment we are raising, we will further drive automation and develop new mobile guest services products to increase sales for the hospitality industry.”

At the end-user level the solution targets business and leisure millennial travellers who are looking for the best rates for their unplanned or spontaneous travels.
