Starwood to manage castle-themed hotel in China.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts plans to open a luxury hotel in China, with a European castle theme;

Located in Dalian, Liaoning province, The Castle Hotel will join the company’s Luxury Collection, adding 67 apartments, 292 rooms and a range of facilities to its Chinese portfolio.

Originally built in 2002 with the aim of replicating a traditional Bavarian castle, the hotel will feature a German beer house as one of its F&B outlets when it opens in the coming months.

Apart from that, the hotel will also feature three restaurant including a Chinese seafood outlet, an indoor swimming pool, two lounges, spa and fitness centre.
