A concept for success also celebrates its international triumph: Motel One from Germany as a so called budget design hotel chain is a hotel category for itself, which is expanding its presence in Europe this year.

Four new hotels are planned in United Kingdom, Belgium and in Austria.

Another five properties will open in Germany this year. According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the worldwide leading provider of global b2b hotel data, currently 19 construction projects by Motel One are in the pipeline.

4Hoteliers Image LibrarySince about a year Motel One is represented in the United Kingdom with its first hotel in the country. In April another hotel with 258 rooms will open its doors in London.

Further openings will take place in Edinburgh, in Brussels and in Vienna.

At the end of the year the hotel chain has opened its second property in the Austrian capital and increased its total number of rooms to 10,000.

Motel One has impressed itself as a generic term for budget design hotels with a posh design as well as bars and lobbies. With regards to cleanness, service and friendliness Motel One got with 90 percent the highest rating from its guests.

Motel One's customer satisfaction in the crucial range of breakfast (quality of dining) is 81 percent.

The staff of Motel One should join the company's program "quality don't know stars" to compare their own performance with the guest rating.
