Imbardelli out, Jin Jiang's Schroeder in as Pan Pac's new CEO.

The current CEO of the Chinese Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company, Bernold Schroeder will replace Imbardelli as CEO of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group starting early next year.

Patrick Imbardelli who has resigned after taking up the role in 2008.

The Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Amedeo Patrick Imbardelli as a Director/President & CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. His last day of service shall be 30 November 2013.


Mr Imbardelli's resignation is due to his intention to pursue other career opportunities.

4Hoteliers Image LibraryMr. Bernold Olaf Schroeder (right) serves currently as the Chief Executive Officer of Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company Limited. Mr. Schroeder served as a Vice President of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited.

He served as the Regional Controller, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Managing Director-hotel operations of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts. He served as Managing Director of Hotel Operations and Senior Vice President of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited since 2005, and its Senior Vice President of Business Development Americas & EMEA since December 2010.

Mr. Schroeder holds a Certificate Expert in Hotel Business Matters from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Karlsruhe, Germany. He has attended executive programmes by Cornell University, Stanford University-Singapore Management University, and the Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University.
