Hotel journalists immediately take note if a hotelier does not like to speak about the occupancy rate.
Of course, this is an unpleasant topic for many, because there are always empty beds - this hurts. However, Hipaway should help. The startup, an unusual new hotel platform was presented at the ITB Berlin by the founder Adrian Graf.
The entrepreneurs describe Hipaway as a hotel-outlet - just as a factory outlet do distribute a product directly from the production to the end customer at an affordable price, so Hipaway should give outlet room report directly without any detours through intermediaries to end-users. What's new for it?, many may wonder now.

The difference to conventional hotel portals: Hipaway is a portal that offers only hotel rooms that would be otherwise empty. Anyone you will book here, saves up to 50% percent of the price. These are discounts that simply do not exist on normal hotel reservation portals. Hipaway's claim: "The sale of rooms is your business. The sale of rooms that are empty, is OUR business."
