New World considers seperate listing for hotel division.

The board of directors of the Hong Kong based New World Development announced that the Company is considering a separate listing of hospitality assets of the Group on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

New World Hospitality, the hotel division of the company currently operates three brands:
  • Rosewood Hotels & Resort
  • New World Hotels
  • pentahotels
The hospitality division is lead by Sonia Cheng, Board Member and CEO. (right)
