78 hotels are due to open in July, in August 362 new properties will inaugurated, 83 new top hotels will open their doors in June this year.

Two of the largest are the Hard Rock Hotel Megapolis in Panama City with 1,500 rooms and the Royal Alhambra Palace Hotel in Side/Turkey with 500 rooms.

These facts have been derived from a data analysis run by TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the leading permanent research service for international hotel construction projects and contact data.

A further 78 international first-class and luxury hotel openings are expected in July and the month of August will see 362 global hotel openings.

According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS round about 1,330 new built hotels around the world will be under operation by the end of this year.
