Centara Grand Nusa Dua Resort and Villas, the second resort hotel to be opened in Bali by Thailand’s hotel operator Centara Hotels and Resorts, will be soft-opened during the third quarter of 2012.

The five-star property will feature 68 suites with the option of a private pool, a pool access or private Jacuzzi, along with 14 private pool villas with up to 3 bedrooms.

Hotel facilities will include a Spa Cenvaree with nine treatment rooms, two large pools, a fitness centre, two restaurants, two bars, a club lounge, a kids’ club and a library.

The resort’s design concept is based on the Peranakan style, a blending of Chinese and Indonesian or Malay cultural styles that have created very distinctive design and architectural forms for parts of Southeast Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
