James Petrus has rejoined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as President of the St. Regis brand. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Trump International Hotels.

David Makarsky has been named Chief Operating Officer of Crestline Hotels. The Cornell graduate was most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Resort Operations, for Gold Key Resorts. He is the former Senior Vice President of Operations for the B. F. Saul Company Hotel Division.

Ted Darnall has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer of HEI Hotels and Resorts Lodging and Technical Services Company. He was most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer.

Jorge Apaez has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean at InterContinental Hotels taking over from Alvaro Diago who has retired. Apaez joined IHG in 1995 and was most recently the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for the Western U.S. and Mexico.

David Taylor has joined Starwood Capital as Chief Operating Officer for a not yet named hotel brand. He was most recently serving as General Manager at the London EDITION. He is the former General Manager at the Hoxton in London.

Elizabeth Blair has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for the Miraval Group. She was most recently with 24 Hour Fitness as Chief Executive Officer after joining the company in 2013 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer.

The Family Coppola Resorts in Napa Valley has named Myriam Kournaf Managing Director. Kournaf had previously served as General Manager of the Beau Rivage in Nice, and had managed the Montalembert Hotel in Paris for the past nine years.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has named Jean-Marc Janod Vice-President of Operations for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean taking over from Batya Brykman, who is retiring in May. Most recently, Janod was the General Manager of the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel.

Ricardo Calo has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice-President of Operations for South America at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Calo was most recently serving the company as Managing Director of Operations for Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.

Turnberry Isle Miami has appointed Jeffrey Klein Vice President and Managing Director. Klein was most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for sister property the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

George Munz is the new General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C. He was most recently the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay and previously at the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix.

Heiko Kuenstle has been named General Manager at the Lowell Hotel in New York. Kuenstle was most recently the General Manager for the Taj Pierre Hotel.

Scully Cloete has been promoted to General Manager at the Malibu Beach Inn Hotel and Spa. Cloete joined the hotel in 2011 as Assistant Hotel Manager/Operations and Director Food and Beverage. He replaces Jill Jennings.

David Mars has moved with Montage Hotels and Resorts to the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club as General Manager. For the past five years, he had been with the Montage Park City as Resort Manager.

Jonathan Farrington has joined the Harris Ranch Inn & Resort as Vice President and General Manager. He was most recently with Delaware North as Regional Director of Sales for Yosemite National Park and the Tenaya Lodge. He is the former General Manager of the Ventana Inn and Spa.

Claudia Eggspuhler has been appointed General Manager of the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas. She was most recently Complex General Manager at the Westin and Sheraton Reston.

David McManus has been appointed General Manager at the Hyatt Union Square New York. Most recently, McManus was the opening General Manager of the Hotel Hugo in SoHo.

Hans Ritten has moved as General Manager to the Omni Chicago. He was most recently overseeing the Silversmith Hotel.

Michael Washington has joined Le Méridien San Francisco as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Sheraton Gateway LAX and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Westin LAX.

Reto Torriani is now in Grenada as General Manager at the Radisson Grand Anse Beach Resort. He was most recently the General Manager for the Royal Phuket Yacht Club & The Manathai Khao Lak.

Edan Ballantine has been appointed General Manager of the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. He was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the Grand Hyatt New York after joining the hotel as Director of Food and Beverage.

Wilbert Mason has been appointed General Manager o the Seven Stars Resort in the Turks and Caicos. He is the former General Manager of Peter Island.

Martin Sinclair is now the General Manager at the Four Seasons Vancouver, taking over from Robert Cima. Since 2007, Sinclair had been the General Manager of the Regent Singapore.

Sarah Kulik Blatsiotis has been named General Manager of the Avalon Palm Springs (formerly the Viceroy). She was most recently the Hotel Manager for the SIXTY Beverly Hills.

Bixente Pery has been promoted to Hotel Manager and moved to the Four Seasons Houston. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara. Pery had previously been with the Four Seasons Costa Rica as Director of Food and Beverage.

Matthew Bernard has moved as Hotel Manager for the SIXTY Beverly Hills. He was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills. He is the former Front Office Manager for the Viceroy Santa Monica.

Aaron Ide has been promoted to Resort Manager and joined the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara. He was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons New York. Ide is also the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Boston.

Adam Knight is back in Southern California as Resort Manager for the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa. He was most recently the Hotel Manager with the Fairmont Washington, D.C. Knight is the former Director of Operations at the Fairmont Newport Beach.

Wonny Rengersen has joined the Lodge at Vermejo Ranch in New Mexico as Manager of Hospitality Services. She was most recently overseeing the Santa Ynez Inn. She is the former General Manager for the Petersen Village Inn and the Inn at Dos Brisas.

The Hyatt Regency Chicago has appointed Tim Obert Resident Manager. Obert spent the past five years running the Beach House Restaurant on Kauai. He was previously at the Hyatt Corporate Office as Vice President, Revenue Management, North America, Full Service Properties.

Michelle Walder has been named Director of Operations at the EDITION New York. She was most recently with the Faena Group as General Manager at Casa Claridge. Walder is the former Director of Rooms at the Nomad.

Justin Adam has been promoted to Director of Operations at the Loews Madison. He was most recently serving as Director of Rooms. He is the former Director of Front Office Operations with the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Ryan Adams has been named Director of Operations at the SLS Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. He was most recently with the St. Regis Monarch Beach as Director of Rooms.

Jose Chavez has taken on the post of Residences Manager at the Faena Miami. He was most recently the Rooms Division Manager for the St. Regis Bal Harbour.

Richard Lehn has been appointed Vice President of Finance, Americas and Europe, at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Director of Finances for the Southern United States and the Caribbean.

Larry Lemaster has joined Wilson Associates in Dallas as Chief Financial Officer. Since 1993, he had been with HKS, most recently as Chief Financial Officer/Principal.

Zachary Edwards has joined the SLS Los Angeles at Beverly Hills as Director of Finance. He was most recently at the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco as Director of Finance. He is the former Financial Controller at Mandarin Oriental’s Elbow Beach Resort.

Shawn Kirchner has been appointed Director of Finance at La Posada de Santa Fe. He was most recently serving as Regional Controller at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town.

Shaun Treacy has been named Senior Vice President Operations, Americas and Europe, at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently the Senior Vice President of Product and Brand Design for Hyatt Hotels.

The Four Seasons Costa Rica has appointed Adolfo Aguillón Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role for the Fairmont Mayakoba.

Steve Springer has been appointed Director Food and Beverage for Mama Shelter, slated to open this month in Hollywood. He is the former General Manager for Bouchon Beverly Hills and Assistant General Manager at BOA Steakhouse West Hollywood.

Brent Wertz has been named Vice President of Food and Beverage at Gold Key Resorts/Professional Hospitality Resources Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently serving as Partner â€" Culinary Development at All-N-Food Sauce Company. He had previously been with the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and the Kingsmill Resort and Spa in similar roles.

Kalyana Krishnamoorthy has joined Cavallo Point as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles L.A. LIVE as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Peter Hingson has joined the Grand Bohemian Asheville as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Director of Restaurants at the Four Seasons Westlake Village and the former General Manager for One Forty restaurant at the Four Seasons Lana’i at Manele Bay.

Mark Oza has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District. He was most recently in the same role for the DoubleTree by Hilton, Berkeley Marina.

Michael Cappitelli is now in Florida as Director of Food and Beverage at Alys Beach. For the past five years, he had been at the Umstead Hotel and Spa as Restaurant Manager at Herons Restaurant.

Amy Grilly has been promoted with the Hakkasan Group in New York to Director of Operations USA. For the past year, she had been serving as Director of Operations, New York, for the group. She is the former General Manager at Hakkasan in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Assistant General Manager at Hakkasan in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers.

Lawrence Campana has joined Shawmut Design and Construction as Director of Business Development. He was most recently with InvestHospitality as Vice President of Business Development and Finance.

Commune Hotels & Resorts has appointed Todd Wynne-Parry Executive Vice President of Global Acquisitions and Development. He was most recently with the Trump Hotel Collection where he was Senior Vice President of Global Hotel Development and Acquisitions.

Mitch Sipiala has been promoted with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to Regional Director of Human Resources, Americas, based at the Four Seasons Hualalai. He will continue to oversee human resources for the resort.

Carl Sokia has been named Complex Director of Human Resources for the Grand America Hotel and the Little America Hotel, Salt Lake City. He was most recently the Director of Human Resources at the Grand Wailea Resort. He had previously overseen human resources for the St. Regis Princeville Resort.

Rose Genovese has been named Vice President, Sales and Marketing, the Americas, for Kerzner International. She was most recently with Langham Hospitality as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America. She had previously served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing with Denihan Hospitality.

Christopher Hamaway has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Montage Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently serving the company as Brand Director after serving for three years as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Montage Deer Valley Resort.

Yvette Edwards has been appointed Director of Marketing at the Loews Regency in New York. She was most recently at the Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar in the Bahamas as pre-opening Director of Sales and Marketing. Nancy Covell is now on Cape Cod as Director of Sales at the Chatham Bars Inn. She was most recently in Rhode Island as Director of Group Sales for Ocean House and the Weekapaug Inn.

Kahi Arnaud has been named Director of Sales at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows. Arnaud was most recently with the Beverly Wilshire as Associate Director of Sales.

Claire Pignataro has been named Director of Sales for the Avalon Palm Springs (formerly the Viceroy). She was most recently serving as Director of Leisure Sales at the SLS Las Vegas. Pignataro is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Redbury.

Cristin Barr has joined the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe as Director of National Accounts. She was most recently in the same position with the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain.

Megan Kelly has been named Group Sales Manager for the Cape, a Thompson Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, slated to open in June. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the dusitD2 Constance Pasadena.

John Johnson has returned as Executive Chef to the Four Seasons New York after taking a sabbatical in February. He was previously at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa as Executive Chef for the Water Club.

Michael Grau has been promoted to Executive Chef and joined the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas. He was most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun.

Jason Prendergast has joined Tender Greens in Los Angeles as Corporate Executive Chef. He was most recently with the Loews Santa Monica as Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at the Fairmont Miramar, Shutters on the Beach, and the Four Seasons Chicago.

The Waldorf Astoria Chicago has named Michael Vaughn Executive Chef. The CIA graduate was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at La Quinta Resort and Club.

Nathan Beriau has been named Executive Chef at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff, a Montage Resort. He is the former Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco.

Brian Pusztai has been appointed Area Executive Chef for the Hyatt at Olive 8 and Grand Hyatt Seattle. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Park Hyatt Aviara.

Thomas Hanson is now in Palm Springs as Executive Chef at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. He was most recently in Reno as Executive Chef with the Silver Legacy Resort Casino. Hanson is the former Executive Chef of the DoubleTree by Hilton Berkeley, the Claremont Resort and Spa and spent seven years as Executive Chef for the Hotel Bel-Air.

Scott Maurer has been appointed Executive Chef at Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef for the Hyatt Regency Orlando. He had previously spent 15 years at the Peabody Orlando as Executive Sous Chef.

Josh Thomsen has been named Executive Chef of the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. He was most recently at Agricola in New Jersey as Chef Partner. Thomsen is the former Executive Chef at the Claremont Resort and Spa.

Caleb Lara has been named Executive Chef at the Harbor View Hotel. He was most recently serving as Chef de Cuisine at the Chatham Bars Inn. He is a former Sous Chef at Steel & Rye and the Ritz-Carlton Boston.

Christian Rossit has joined the Hilton Virginia Beach Waterfront as Executive Chef. He was most recently in the same position at the Westin Canal Place in New Orleans.

Mark Hannon has been appointed Executive Chef for the Lake Placid Lodge. He was most recently in a similar role at CaVa Brasserie by Todd English.

Raymond Lammers is now in South Carolina as Executive Sous Chef for the Inn at Palmetto Bluff, A Montage Resort. He was most recently the Executive Pastry Chef at the Montage Deer Valley. Lammers is the former Executive Pastry Chef of the Stein Eriksen Lodge.

Chris Cantwell has been named Chef de Cuisine at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa. He was most recently at Rancho Valencia as Chef de Partie for Veladora.

Carlos Salazar has been named Executive Pastry Chef at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. He is the former Executive Pastry Chef for Caesars Palace Hotel-Casino, MGM Grand Hotel-Casino and the Bellagio Resort & Casino.

Benjamin Kallenbach has been named Executive Pastry Chef at the Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge. He was most recently in the same role for the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

Erissa Kido has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons San Francisco. She was most recently in the same position with the Four Seasons Toronto.

Jon Illera has moved to the Four Seasons Las Vegas as Restaurant General Manager. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Chicago as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Illera had previously held similar roles with the Drake Hotel in Chicago, and the Mandarin Oriental Sanya.

Andrew Hooper has joined Daniel Boulud Brasserie in Las Vegas as General Manager. He is the former Director of Operations for Carmine’s Las Vegas.

Michel Gabbud has been named Restaurant Director at Sixteen in the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago. He was most recently the General Manager at Centerplate, also in Chicago.

Chris Lauber has been named General Manager at Charlie Palmer at the Knickerbocker in New York. He was most recently overseeing Aldea.

Sharon Brambrut takes over from Aaron Ide as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons New York. Brambrut was most recently in the same position at the (former) Four Seasons Philadelphia.

Matthew Quick has been named Director of Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation. He was most recently in the same role at Stowe Mountain Lodge.

Leah Gower has been appointed Spa Director at the Gateway Canyons Resort. She is the former Spa Director at the Cove at Shore Lodge.

EUROPE

Guilherme Costa returns to the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon as General Manager, taking over for Ricardo Acevedo. Costa had previously served in the same position before moving over to run the Four Seasons Houston.

Ricardo Acevedo has been named General Manager of the Four Seasons Baku, taking over from Sam Ioannidis. Acevedo was most recently the General Manager for the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon and had previously overseen the Four Seasons Mexico City.

Geraldine Dobey has been appointed General Manager at Paris’ Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière. She is the former Hotel Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Geneva and the Hilton Arc de Triomphe.

Stefan Soennichsen has joined Damac Hotels & Resorts in London as Vice President. He was most recently the Area General Manager at the Morgans Hotel Group. Soennichsen is the former General Manager of One Aldwych and Hotel Manager at the Savoy.

Franck Sibille has joined the Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos in Barcelona as General Manager. For the past five years, he had been the Area General Manager for the Marbella Club Group. Sibille is the former General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Jnan Rahma in Marrakech and the (former) Park Hyatt Madrid â€" Villa Magna.

Nicholas Chalmers has been named General Manager of the Conrad London St. James. For the past three years, he had been at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower as Hotel Manager.

Sebastian Wurst has been appointed General Manager at the Anassa in Cyprus. For several years he had been managing the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, New York, where he first started in 1997 as Assistant Manager in the Front Office.

The Forbes Travel Guide has named Chris Fradin Vice President of Client Services for Europe based in London. He was most recently the Director of Sales at D&D London and the former Regional Director â€" UK, Ireland & Nordics at Preferred Hotel Group.

Alexandre Mathais is now at the Mandarin Oriental Geneva as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position for the Four Seasons Beijing. Mathais is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Shanghai.

Arantxa Balson has been named Chief Human Resources Officer at Accor in Paris, taking over from Evelyne Chabrot who (after over 40 years with Accor) has retired. Since 2010, Balson had been the Director of Human Resources at Adeo.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has taken over the management at the iconic Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat and placed Jean-Pierre Soutric as Director of Marketing. He was most recently the opening Director of Marketing for the Four Seasons George V. Soutric will continue to be in charge of Corporate Travel and Industry Sales for Europe.

Nina Molling has been named Business Development Manager for the Grand Hôtel du Lac, Vevey. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Royal Plaza Montreux & Spa. Molling had previously served in similar roles with the Montreux Suisse Hotel and the Hotel des Trois Couronnes.

Marco Veneruso is now at the Four Seasons Milano as Restaurant Chef for La Veranda. He was most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Firenze.

Emmanuele Selvaggi has joined the Four Seasons Firenze as Director of Rooms. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Canary Wharf and Front Office Manager with the Four Seasons Prague.

Jean Luc Naret has rejoined One&Only to lead the One&Only Maldives. Twenty-five years ago, he had been with the company serving as General Manager at the One&Only Saint Géran in Mauritius and later at the One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas.

Lukasz Prendke has been named General Manager at the Viceroy Maldives. He is the former General Manager at the Pangkor Laut Resort and for Amanresorts in China.

Stéphane Massarini has been appointed General Manager at the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager at the St. Regis Bora Bora.

Vlad Reyes has been appointed Area General Manager, China and General Manager for the Pan Pacific Suzhou. Most recently, he was Cluster General Manager for the Hilton Nanjing Riverside and the DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu.

Nihiwatu has appointed Cornell graduate Carla Petzold-Beck General Manager. She was most recently with the Belmond La Residence in Siem Reap for two years and is the former General Manager at The Legian in Bali.

Sandrine Kaiser has been named General Manager of the Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu. She was most recently the General Manager of the Trezzini Palace Hotel in St. Petersburg. Kaiser is the former Resident Manager of the Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina, Madagascar.

Michael Brooks has been appointed General Manager of the Alila Anji, Zhejiang. The Lausanne graduate is the former General Manager of the (yet to open) Palazzo Versace and The World in Dubai.

Pierre Lang has been appointed General Manager of the Alila Seminyak in Bali. He is the former General Manager for the Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa.

Mariano Silvestri has been appointed General Manager at the Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, taking over from Pierre Lang. Silvestri was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager â€" Rooms for the Park Hyatt Shanghai.

David Baldwin has been appointed General Manager at the Alila SCBD in Jakarta. He is the former General Manager of the Sofitel Dongguan Humen Oriental and the Sofitel Shanghai Jin Jiang Oriental.

Ernst Mayer has been appointed General Manager for the InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort and the Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town. He is the former General Manager of the InterContinental Haitang Bay Sanya and had previously served nine years with the Crowne Plaza Salzburg.

Sean Mosher has joined the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan as Resort Manager. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Langkawi as Resort Manager.

Sky Duan has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Swiss International Hotel Nanchang. He joined the property in 2014 as Executive Assistant Manager.

Brett Model has been named Resort Manager at the Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain in Chengdu, slated to open later this year. He was most recently overseeing rooms division at the MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort in Vietnam.

Hery Kuswoyo has been named Hotel Manager at Banyan Tree Phuket. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager at the Banyan Tree Macau.

Tim Nauss has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for Studio City Macau. For the past six years, he had served as Executive Director Finance â€" Wynn Palace and Director Finance â€" Wynn Macau. He is the former Vice President Finance for Wyndham International.

Tim Gustie has joined the Disney Aulani Resort as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Director of Outlet Operations at the MODERN Honolulu. Gustie is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara, and the Beverly Wilshire.

Frank Koppelkamm has been named Director of Culinary at the W Sentosa Singapore. He was most recently the Executive Chef for the St. Regis Tianjin.

Tex Doughty has joined the Hakkasan Group as Country Manager, Indonesia. He was most recently the Vice President Operations at Investhospitality Asia after serving as Director of Operations at the Battery in San Francisco.

Joanna Ong has been appointed Vice President Corporate Communications Asia Pacific at Hilton Worldwide in Singapore. She was most recently with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for the Asia Pacific region.

Doris Goh has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Alila Hotels and Resorts in Singapore. She had previously spent nine years as Regional Director of Sales, ASEAN with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Patrick Pahlke has been appointed Vice President of Sales at Alila Hotels and Resorts. The Lausanne graduate is the former Director of Marketing for the Grand Hyatt Shanghai.

Catherine Scown has been promoted with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to Director of Sales-Asia Pacific. She was most recently overseeing sales and marketing for the Four Seasons Hong Kong.

Irene Tan takes over for Catherine Scown at the Four Seasons Hong Kong as Director of Sales and Marketing. Tan was most recently serving as Director of Marketing with the Four Seasons Beijing.

Debanjan Kundu has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Bangalore. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Bangalore.

Nongluck Narkman has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok. She was previously in the same role for the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

Janet Chan has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Raffles Beijing Hotel. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at VOMO Island Resort in Fiji.

Craig Dryhurst has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Maui, taking over for Roger Stettler. Dryhurst joined the resort last year as Executive Sous Chef. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Hampshire and the Four Seasons Vancouver.

Junious Dickerson has been appointed Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa. For the past two years, he had served in the same position at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa. Dickerson is the former Executive Chef of the InterContinental Mauritius and the Hotel Equatorial Penang.

Warren Brown has been named Executive Chef at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur. For the past four years, he had served in the same role for Shangri-La in the Philippines. He is the former Executive Chef of the St. Regis Shanghai and Executive Sous Chef at the Burj Al Arab.

Thierry Metee has joined the Four Seasons Beijing as Executive Pastry Chef. He is the former Executive Pastry Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Shanghai City and the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Sam Ioannidis has been appointed pre-opening General Manager for the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. For the past two years, he had been the General Manager of the Four Seasons Baku. He is the former Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Boston.

Bernard Viola has moved to the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah as General Manager. He was most recently in the same position at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Muscat. Viola is the former General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Osaka and the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain.

Jérôme Kandalaft has been appointed General Manager of the Concorde Hotel Fujairah. He is the former General Manager of the Gloria Downtown Hotel and the Miramar Hotel Resort and Spa in Lebanon.

Jean-Pierre Leclerc has moved as General Manager to the Mövenpick Hotel and Casino Tangier. He is the former General Manager of the Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna and the Mövenpick Royal Palm Hotel Dar es Salaam.

The Four Seasons Amman has promoted Mali Carow to Hotel Manager. She was most recently serving the hotel as Director of Food and Beverage.

Lennart Maas has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab in Abu Dhabi. He had previously been with the Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel as Executive Housekeeper.

Chris van Aswegen has been appointed Chief Engineer at the Hilton Durban. He is the former Maintenance Manager for the Hilton Windhoek.

Jordi Segales is now the Director of Engineering at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. He was most recently in the same role for the Mandarin Oriental Sanya. Segales also served as Director of Engineering at the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, and the Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya.

Roger Cousin has been promoted Account Director, Group Sales, Middle East, Greece & Turkey at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. He is the former Area Sales Manager UAE Market for Firefly Communications and had previously served three years at the W Doha Hotel & Residences.
