He has been with the company since 1985 and was promoted in 2008 to Vice President, Rooms, Americas after serving as General Manager at the Four Seasons Whistler.

Thomas Mangas has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Floor Products.

The InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Jolyon Bulley to the position of Chief Operating Officer â€" Americas. He has been with the company since 2001, most recently as Chief Operating Officer -Greater China.

The Hyatt Herald Square New York, set to open in October, has appointed Candice Cancino General Manager. She was most recently the General Manager of the High Line Hotel.

Nicolas Daeppen takes over from Candice Cancino as General Manager at the High Line Hotel. Daeppen was most recently at the Duane Street Hotel in New York as General Manager. He is the former General Manager at the Forty 1 North Resort & Marina in Rhode Island.

John Dallas has been appointed General Manager at the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin planned for a 2015 opening. He is the former General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District.

Marco Bustamante has been promoted to General Manager and joined the Capella Washington D.C. taking over from Alex Obertop. For the past two years, he had been with the Capella Pedregal as Director of Food and Beverage after serving the resort for five years as Executive Chef.

Shawn Gracey has been named Area Managing Director of the Eden Roc Miami Beach. He was most recently the General Manager of the Hotel Derek in Houston.

The Plantation on Crystal River has promoted Michael Mancke to General Manager, taking over from Andrew Bartlett, who is now General Manager of the Harbor View Hotel on Martha’s Vineyard. Mancke has been with the property since 2011 as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Donte Johnson has been appointed General Manager at Kimpton’s Surfcomber Miami. He was most recently General Manager of Topaz Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Wolfgang Wehen has moved to the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort as General Manager. He was most recently with the W South Beach as Hotel Manager. He is the former Hotel Manager at the Westin New York at Times Square.

Russ Bond has been appointed General Manager at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa. For the past fourteen years, he had been overseeing the Renaissance Vinoy in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Michael Schoonewagen has joined La Samanna Resort as General Manager. For the past four years he had been overseeing the St. Regis Bora Bora. He is the former General Manager of the Domaine de Lonvilliers in St. Tropez.

Jean Marc Jalbert has joined the Radisson Blu Philadelphia as General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of the Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa St. Martin. Jalbert is the former Vice President of Operations, Process and Quality for Sofitel Hotels.

JoAnn Elston is the new General Manager of the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. She was most recently the General Manager of Denver’s Curtis, a Doubletree by Hilton.

Gerard Widder takes over from Dieter Hissin as General Manager for the Island Hotel in Newport Beach. Widder had previously served as General Manager at the W New York Times Square and the Westin New York at Times Square.

Scott Hagan has moved to the Campbell House in Louisville as General Manager. He was most recently serving as Assistant General Manager at the Brown, also in Louisville. Hagan had previously served in various positions with the Somerset, the Palms on Turks and Caicos and the Hotel Gansevoort in New York.

Ian Pullan takes over from Johnny So at the St. Regis Monarch Beach as General Manager. Pullan is the former General Manager of the InterContinental Boston.

Paul McCormick has joined Sage Hospitality in Denver as Vice President Operations, Premium Lifestyle Division. For the past four years, he had been at La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad as Vice President and General Manager. He is the former Vice President and Managing Director of the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin.

Bob Megazzini has been named General Manager at the Marriott Cornhusker in Nebraska. He was most recently the General Manager of the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center.

Rubin Sabater has moved over to the post of Director of Operations for ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa. He joined the resort in 2012 as Director of Facilities.

Elias Assaly has joined Cortland Partners in Dallas as Chief Operating Officer. For past seven years he had been with Rosewood Hotels and Resorts as Vice President Operations. Assaly is the former General Manager of the St. Regis San Francisco and Managing Director of the Hotel Crescent Court.

Michael Tompkins has been named Chief Executive Officer for Hilton Head Health. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and President of Miraval Resort and Spa, Vice President of Hotel and Spa at Turning Stone Resort and Casino and Health and Healing Director at Canyon Ranch Berkshires.

Carlos Estrada has been named General Manager at the Sofitel Miami. He was most recently the Managing Director at the Pullman São Paulo Vila Olimpia and the Caesar Business Faria Lima.

Florian Kunkel has been named General Manager at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town. He was most recently the Resident Manager at the Hilton Baltimore.

William Yahr has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. He was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne.

Hector Moreno has joined Miramonte in Indian Wells as General Manager, replacing Stanley Kantowski. Moreno was most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. He is the former General Manager at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley.

Gerry Link has been appointed General Manager at the 21c Museum Hotel Durham, slated to open in early 2015. He was previously the General Manager at the 21c Cincinnati.

Beverly Magee has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Austin. She was most recently the Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Seattle.

The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco has appointed Bruce Gorelick General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square.

Michael Platt is now in Chicago as General Manager for the Hotel Arista. The Lausanne graduate is the former General Manager for the Viceroy Santa Monica.

Michal Dedera has been promoted to Resort Manager with his move to the Four Seasons Palm Beach. For the past two years, he had been with the Four Seasons Chicago as Director of Rooms. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons London Canary Wharf and served in various positions at the Four Seasons Prague.

Steve Sanabria has been appointed Director of Operations at the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village. He was most recently the Director of Retail at the (soon-to-be-rebranded) Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa.

Debra Desaulniers has been appointed Assistant General Manager at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown. She was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage Operations at the Tampa Airport Marriott.

Colleen Keating has been appointed to the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Franchise Operations and Compliance, at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She has been with the company for over fourteen years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations for the North Region.

Mary Coller has been named Regional Director of Finance with Commune Hotels & Resorts. She is the former Financial Controller at the Clift in San Francisco with Morgans Hotel Group.

Hiran Wirekoon has been appointed Vice President of Asset Management at Thayer Lodging, Brookfield Hotel Properties. He is the former Director of Finance for the London in Los Angeles.

Danny Corral has joined Faena Hotels in Miami as Vice President Finance. He was most recently in New York in a similar position at the Plaza Hotel. He is the former Director of Finance at the St. Regis New York and the Essex House.

Mauricio Pulido has been named Assistant Director of Finance for the Viceroy Anguilla. He was most recently serving as Controller at the Viceroy Riviera Maya.

Leon Pellicer has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage for the Mandarin Oriental New York, taking over from Patrick Gioannini who has joined Joël Robuchon USA. Most recently, Pellicer was at the St. Regis Princeville after serving in various food and beverage posts with the St. Regis Bahia Beach, the St. Regis Deer Valley and the St. Regis Atlanta.

Patrice Borie has been named Food and Beverage Director at Sandy Lane. Borie is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Regent Palms.

Laura Weldon has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Marriott Hotel ICON in Houston. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch.

Celine Vasse has been promoted to Food And Beverage Director at the St. Regis Rio Grande in Puerto Rico. She joined the resort in 2011 as Director of Outlets. Vasse is the former Food and Beverage Director at the Trump Ocean Club â€" Panama.

Jacqui Pucci has been named Vice President of Human Resources for Rosewood Hotels. She was most recently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at the Beverly Wilshire. Joe Brunini has been named President of Global Marketing and Customer Development for the Baha Mar Casino & Hotel. For the past twelve years, he had been with MGM Resorts International, most recently as President, Marketing and Customer Development.

Heather Arcadia Roberts has been named Regional Sales Manager for the SBE Group in Miami. She was most recently serving as International Sales Manager for the Setai Miami Beach.

Jonathan Snyder has been named Executive Chef for the Hard Rock Hotel â€" Lake Tahoe. He was most recently in Las Vegas as Executive Chef at the House of Blues/Foundation Room. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.

Chad Blunston has been appointed Executive Chef for the Claremont Hotel, Club & Spa. He was most recently with the Fairmont San Francisco as Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef of the Fairmont Newport Beach.

Gunnar Steden has been named Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director for the Hyatt Herald Square New York. He was most recently with the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. as Chef de Cuisine â€" Banquet Kitchen.

Aaron Chambers has been named Chef de Cuisine at Bar Boulud planned to open in the Mandarin Oriental Boston. He has been a chef in Boulud’s New York City restaurants since 2009, first at Café Boulud and then Boulud Sud.

Paul Pearson has joined the White Hart Inn in Connecticut as Chef de Cuisine. He was in a similar role at Seasons Restaurant at the Ocean House.

Mathew Woolf has joined the Rainbow Room in New York as Executive Sous Chef. He was most recently overseeing culinary operations for both the Palihouse Holloway and the Palihouse Santa Monica. He is the former Executive Chef at the Fat Cow in Los Angeles and the Hotel Angeleno.

Stephen Cook has been named General Manager for Ocean Prime slated to open this month in Beverly Hills. He was most recently with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group overseeing the Beverly Hills Bouchon Bistro, Bar Bouchon, and Bouchon Bakery. He had previously served as General Manager for Legal Sea Foods in Boston and West Palm Beach.

Joseph Apelo has been named General Manager at Nobu Ryokan in Malibu. He was most recently serving as Director of Club Services for the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club & Residences, San Francisco. He is the former Director of Guest Relations and Resort Services for the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.

Clint Clausen, who was the General Manager of Wilshire in Santa Monica as well as the owner of his own Four Daughters restaurant in Manhattan Beach, has suddenly died. He was 44.

Taira Siebenaler has been promoted to Director of Rooms with her transfer to the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. She was most recently with the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. as Assistant Director of Rooms.

Luigi Califano has been named Director of Rooms for the Ranch at Laguna Beach (formerly the Aliso Creek Inn and Golf Course) slated to reopen in 2015. He was most recently up the coast serving as Villa Manager/Assistant General Manager at the Resort at Pelican Hill.

Chris Catsman has been named Director of Rooms for the Omni Amelia Island. He is the former Assistant Executive Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Naples, Golf Resort & Lodge and Director of Housekeeping for the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.

Randy Diamond is now in Beverly Hills as Assistant Director of Rooms at the Beverly Wilshire. He was most recently in the same position with the Ritz-Carlton Chicago.

Vanessa Infante has moved to the One&Only Palmilla as Spa Director. She was most recently in the same position for the Capella Pedregal Hotel & Resort.

Matthew Dixon has been promoted to Commercial Director at Corinthia Hotels in London. He was most recently serving as General Manager for the Corinthia Hotel London. Dixon is the former General Manager of the Grove in Hertfordshire.

Renaud Grégoire has been promoted to General Manager at the Corinthia Hotel London, taking over from Matthew Dixon. Grégoire was most recently serving as Hotel Manager. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Dorchester and 45 Park Lane. He had previously served as Resident Manager at the Fairmont Cairo and Director of Food and Beverage at Claridge’s.

Mirko Cattini takes over from Renaud Grégoire as Hotel Manager at the Corinthia Hotel London. Cattini was most recently with the Shangri-La Singapore as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage.

Nick Yarnell is the new General Manager at the Six Senses Douro Valley Portugal. For the past sixteen years, he had been with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts most recently as Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Marrakech. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons George V.

The Westin Bellevue Dresden has named Sebastian Klink General Manager, taking over from Michael Spamer. Klink is the former Hotel Manager of the Radisson Blu Leipzig and Executive Assistant Manager at the Westin Leipzig.

Stephan Interthal has moved to the Hotel Corvinus Kempinski in Budapest as General Manager. The Cornell graduate was most recently the General Manager at the Baltschug Kempinski Moscow.

Oliver Eller has been named General Manager at the Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, taking over from Stephan Interthal. Eller was most recently the General Manager of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin.

Emile Bootsma has taken over from Oliver Eller as General Manager at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski. Bootsma spent four years as General Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and is the former Hotel Manager at Kempinski’s Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Munich.

Lausanne graduate Alain Kropf has been appointed General Manager at Le Royal Savoy in Lausanne. He was previously with the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan in Abu Dhabi as General Manager and Hotel Manager for the Shangri-la Jakarta.

Vincent Poulingue has been appointed General Manager at the Hotel Indigo Paris Opera. He was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand and the former Executive Assistant Manager at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort.

Alex Obertop is now in Hamburg as General Manager at the Side Hotel. He was most recently serving as General Manager for the Capella Washington, D.C.

Andrew Spearman has been appointed General Manager at the Domaine de Manville in the South of France. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Rediscovered and Managing Director â€" Operations for Per AQUUM Retreats, Resorts and Residences.

Andrew Coney has been appointed General Manager at Belgraves - A Thompson Hotel in London. He had most recently opened and managed the InterContinental London Westminster.

Frits Potgieter has been appointed General Manager at the Kensington Hotel in London. He was most recently serving as Hotel Manager for the Marylebone Hotel.

The Flemings Mayfair in London has appointed Henrik Muehle as General Manager. He was most recently the Managing Director of the St. James Hotel and Club in London.

Eric Buitenhuis has joined NH Hotels in Brussels as Regional Vice President Operations for Belgium, Luxembourg, France & South Africa. For the past six years he had served as Vice President Novotel Canada for Accor North America.

Doris Greif has been named Regional Vice President Europe for Jumeirah and General Manager for the Jumeirah Frankfurt. She was most recently serving as General Manager of the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.

Ashley Eli has been appointed General Manager at the Zetter Hotel & The Townhouse in London. He is the former Hotel Manager at Chewton Glen.

Jean-Baptiste Laglace has been appointed General Manager at the Belmond British Pullman in London. For the past year, he had served Belmond as Regional Food and Beverage Director in Peru. He is the former Train Manager for the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.

The Four Seasons Geneva has promoted Pedro Deakin to Hotel Manager. For the past nine years, he has served the hotel as Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms.

Peter Manby has been appointed Operations Director at the Hotel Collection in Hinckley, Leicestershire. He was most recently the Revenue Director at Travelodge.

The Stafford London has appointed David Monson as Resident Manager. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage and Operations at the Four Seasons Hampshire.

The Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Peterburg has promoted Olivier Lot to Director of Food and Beverage. He had joined the hotel in pre-opening as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

René Van Camp has been named Director, Food and Beverage Performance and Operations Support â€" Europe for InterContinental Hotels Group. He is the former Hotel Manager for the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

Ingrid Eras-Magdalena has been named Vice President, Global Human Resources at Belmond in London. Since 2006 she had served as Vice President, People Development & Staffing for the Europe, Africa and Middle East for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Andreas Schuster has joined the Four Seasons Prague as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past year he had been with the Corinthia Grand Hotel in Budapest as Director Sales and Marketing.

Gregory Bradelle has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Mandarin Oriental Milan. He was most recently International Director of Sales and Marketing with Starhotels.

Deanne Gabel has joined the Cheeca Lodge & Spa as General Manager. She is the former General Manager of the Alfond Inn.

The Swissôtel Bremen has appointed Daniela Maeckle as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was previously the Director of Sales MICE for Hilton Spain & Portugal. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Royal Spa Kitzbuehel Hotel and the Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa.

Steven McGovern has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London. He had previously served in sales and marketing roles with Red Carnation Hotels and Guoman Hotels.

The Four Seasons Prague has named Luca de Astis Executive Chef. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Istanbul as Executive Sous Chef.

Jakob Esko is now in Spain at the W Barcelona as Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef for the Capella Washington, D.C. and the Capella Singapore.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Tata’s Indian Hotels (better known as TAJ International) has named Rakesh Sarna Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, replacing Raymond Bickson. Sarna had previously spent more than three decades with Hyatt Hotels.

Richard Leuenberger has been appointed Area Director of Operations, Asia Pacific for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He was most recently serving as General Manager at Shangri-La’s Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong.

Erik Anderouard has joined Pan Pacific Hotels as Senior Vice President Operations in Singapore. He had previously held similar post with United Capital Corporation, insight Hospitality Management and Sofitel Hotels.

The Four Seasons Hualalai has promoted Florian Riedel to General Manager. Since 2011 he had served the resort as Resort Manager. He had previously served as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Great Exuma and Director of Residences at the former Four Seasons Aviara before being promoted to Regional Director of Residences.

Lubosh Barta has been appointed General Manager at the Four Seasons Seoul expected to open in 2015. He has been with the company since 2004 most recently overseeing the Four Seasons Koh Samui as General Manager. He is the former Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Chiang Mai and Director of Food and Beverage Director at Four Seasons Bangkok.

Patrick Beaury has been appointed Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Bora Bora. Since 2010 he had served as Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Amman. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza and the Four Seasons Toronto.

Alain Rigodin has been named General Manager at the St. Regis Beijing. For the past two years, he had served as General Manager of the St. Regis Osaka. He is the former General Manager of the Sheraton Incheon Hotel and the Sheraton Hanoi.

Michael Rawson has joined the Metropolitan Bangkok as General Manager. For the past two years, he had served as Director of Operations for Como Hotels & Resorts. He is the former Senior Vice President Hotels with GFI Development.

Aino Deutsch has returned to Vietnam as General Manager of the Takalau Residences & Resort in Mui Ne. He was formerly the opening General Manager of the Ocean Suites Boutique Hotel, Tagbilaran.

Xavier Pougnard has been named Hotel Manager at the Shangri-La Singapore. He is the former Resident Manager at the Peninsula Hong Kong.

Benoit Amado has been named General Manager Hotel Operations for the Shanghai Disney Resort. He is the former pre-opening General Manager for the Alila Resort Xiangshuiwan. He had previously overseen the Pullman Shanghai Skyway and the Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai.

Murat Ucan has moved as General Manager to the Swissôtel Ankara. He was most recently in the same role at the Mövenpick Ankara.

Ugur Talayhan has joined the Raffles Hainan as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Westin Xi’an.

Michael Murphy has been appointed General Manager at the Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain scheduled to open in early 2015. He is the former pre-opening General Manager of the Howard Johnson Hi-Tech Plaza Chengdu and Chief Operating Officer of the Landison Tourism Group.

Claude Sauter has been appointed General Manager at the Surin Phuket. He was most recently the General Manager of the Panwa Beach Resort by Marco Polo in Phuket.

The Fairmont Chengdu has named Philip Smith General Manager. Smith was previously the General Manager of the Fairmont Yangcheng Lake.

Graham Hewitt has joined the Fairmont Nanjing as General Manager. He was previously the General Manager at the Sheraton Nanjing Hotel & Tower.

Arnaud Girodon has been appointed General Manager at the Datai Langkawi. He had previously served as General Manager at the Indigo Pearl Resort Phuket, the InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort and, most recently, the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.

Matthias Terrettaz has been named Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. He was most recently the Resident Manager at the Shangri-La Paris.

Thomas Harlander has been promoted to General Manager and joined the Park Hyatt Seoul. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage for the Park Hyatt Tokyo.

Christian Langlade has joined the St. Regis Bora Bora as General Manager, taking over from Michael Schoonwagen. Langlade was most recently the General Manager at the Selman Palace in Marrakech. He had previously served as General Manager of Le Sereno and the Hotel Christopher.

Julian Wipper is now in Hong Kong as Resident Manager at the Kowloon Shangri-La. He is the former Resident Manager at the Futian Shangri-La.

Marc Cerqueda has been named Group Director of Operations at El Nido Resorts. He had previously overseen food and beverage for both the Conrad and Hilton Dalian.

David McCallum has been named Executive Assistant Manager for the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. He was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Radisson Blu, Pudong.

John Manley has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa.

The Four Seasons Sydney has named Jasjit Singh Assi Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position with the Four Seasons Chiang Mai.

Budi Widodo has moved to the Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role at the Four Seasons Jakarta.

Atul Goyal has been appointed Head of Human Resources, India, at Hilton Worldwide in Gurgaon. Most recently, he was the Regional Human Resources Manager ­ India, at Accor Hotels.

Catherine Ang has joined the South Beach in Singapore as Director of Human Resources. She is the former Group Director of Human Resources for Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts and Area Director of Human Resources with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Robert Parra has been appointed Business Development Director for North America at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa. For the past thirteen years he had been with Fiji Airways most recently as Area Sales Manager West Coast.

The Fairmont Jakarta has named Tate Husband Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently with the Swissôtel Grand Shanghai as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Christina Bartz has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Ascott Limited in Singapore. She most recently held the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Thailand.

Nicola Chandler has been appointed Director of Sales at Parkroyal Darling Harbour in Sydney. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Accor’s Sydney Strata Portfolio. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Sydney Marriott Hotel and the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park.

Thierry Marais is now in Japan at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo as Executive Chef. For the past seven years, he had been with the Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou as Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, and the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul.

Franck Despléchin has been promoted to Executive Chef at the St. Regis Princeville Resort. He had previously served the resort as Executive Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef.

Luca Cesarini has been appointed Executive Chef at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok. He is the former Executive Chef at the Jumeirah Vittaveli in the Maldives and for the Pelican Hill Resort.

Alex Huels has moved to the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in a similar role at the Shangri-La Bangkok.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Laurent Barelier has been appointed Director of Operations and Support, MEA, at Wyndham Hotels Group in Dubai. For the past seven years, he had been with Accor in the United Arab Emirates as Regional Revenue and Support Manager.

Martin Cody is now in the Serengeti as Lodge Manager at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge. He was most recently the Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru.

Heinrich Morio has been named General Manager at the Palazzo Versace in Dubai, due to open in a few months. Since 2008, he had been the General Manager at the Burj Al Arab.

Mehdi Zaanoun has been appointed General Manager at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo. The Lausanne graduate was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai. He is the former Director of Operations at the Trianon Palace Versailles.

Vito Romeo has been named General Manager at the Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul. He was most recently with the Shangri-La Vancouver as General Manager. He is the former Resident Manager with the Shangri-La Beijing and Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong.

Jeremie de Fombelle has joined LUX* Le Morne Mauritius as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Wanda Realm Hotel Changzhou.

Stefan Fuchs has been promoted to General Manager at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers taking over from Doris Greif. Since 2010 Fuchs had been serving as Hotel Manager.

François Galoisy has been appointed General Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Sohar in Oman. He was most recently the General Manager of the Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and previously served as General Manager for the Park Inn by Radisson Muscat.

Tarek Nour has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Riyadh. He was most recently at the Four Seasons Baltimore as Director of Rooms.

Leon Baum has been appointed Hotel Manager at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. He was most recently serving in the same role for the Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. He is the former General Manager of the Stafford London by Kempinski.

Jean-Luc Naret has joined Jumeirah in Dubai as Senior Vice President Food and Beverage, replacing Gert Kopera who is leaving the company. For eight years, Naret served as Managing Director for Guides Michelin in Paris. He is also a former Managing Director at Sandy Lane.

Ed Richardson has been named Cluster Director of Food and Beverage for the Hilton Jeddah and the Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq. He was most recently serving as Food and Beverage Manager for the Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort. Richardson is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Grand Hyatt Singapore and the Hyatt Regency Coolum Golf Resort & Spa.

Maxime de La Grange Sury has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Shangri-La Istanbul. For the past three years, he had been with the Shangri-La Far Eastern Plaza Hotel as Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the InterContinental Chicago and the InterContinental Mark Hopkins.

Steffen Opitz is now in Istanbul as Director of Food and Beverage for the Kempinski Çırağan Palace. He was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager for the Stafford in London. He had previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Beijing Kempinski Hotel Lufthansa Center.

Georges Safi has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Hotel President Wilson Geneva and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz Paris.

Tariq Aboudi has been appointed Group Director of Human Resources and Training at Ayla Hotel Management. He had previously overseen human resources and training for the Sharjah Premiere Hotel & Resort and the Jumeirah Rotana Hotel.

Clare Angela Thompson has been appointed Cluster Director of Sales â€" Leisure at the Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai and the Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah. She was most recently the Director of Sales for Rotana Hotels.

Amal Maria Salah has been promoted to Director of Catering and Conference Services at the Four Seasons Amman. She joined the hotel in 2008 and had been serving as Assistant Director of Catering since 2011.

Thierry Papillier has been appointed Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Casablanca. He is the former Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza and, most recently, the Four Seasons Mauritius at Anahita.

Michael Pearson has been named Executive Chef for the Shangri-La Oman. He was most recently in the same role for the Shangri-La Guangzhou.Pearson is the former Executive Chef for the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi.

Roger Marti has been named Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Hyatt on the Bund.

Rick Gonzalez has been appointed Head Chef at Alila Jabal Akhdar in Oman. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Amandari in Ubud.

Iyad Mourad has been promoted to Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh. Since 2012 he has served the hotel as Assistant Director of Rooms.
