Five Places to Party Like Prince Harry
By Skyscanner
Friday, 21st September 2012

By royal decree, we bring you five places where you can party like a prince, billiards optional.

The age of holiday austerity is over, people, by royal decree. Decadence is back with a bang. So if you, like us, are so over the joys of camping and the smell of damp woolly socks, here are some suggestions for partying like a prince. Billiards and nakedness optional…

1. Las Vegas
4Hoteliers Image LibraryVegas, baby! Glittering city of dreams, a place where normal everyday life is left behind etc etc... The (presumably now even more popular) daytime pool parties are the place to see and be seen in Sin City.

Expect superstar DJs, super-priced cocktails and partying celebrities. Head out on the strip to catch a show at Caesar's Palace, feed your cash into the slots 'til sunrise, and when you've had enough partying in public, retire with a few friends to a suite in the MGM or Wynn Las Vegas Resort for a quiet game of billiards,..

2. Dubai
Dubai is another city which is a world of its own, opulent, and if not beautiful, certainly impressive in its six-star extravagance.

This is where millionaires come to play. With a bit of pocket money to spare and lots to spend it on, Harry would be in his element here. However, he’d have to keep his clothes on – despite the overflow of western ostentation, this isn’t the land of the free, as some less respectful tourists have found out to their cost. There are however plenty of exclusive nightclubs for blowing your cash on cocktails, while the Dubai Mall is the largest in the world with over 1000 brand name shops. Best leave the other half in the bar, ladies, you could be a while!

3. Majorca
This Balearic island has been a draw for celebrities from Freddie Chopin to Mickey Douglas and Catherine Z-J. If you want to live it up in private (Harry, take note), you can expect to pay £1000 a week for a villa based on six sharing – ideal for you and your crew to party on the cheap.

If course, if your budget stretches a little further, you can get a villa with a jacuzzi, a personal chef and a yacht. Whatever extras you may want (well, not quite every extra), there are many discreet companies more than eager to assist you, at a fee of course.

4. New Orleans
The Mardi Gras, literally ‘Fat Tuesday’, is the ultimate street party. Starting in January and finishing the day before Ash Wednesday and Lent, this wild celebration has religious origins. There is little religious about it now. Dressing up is actively encouraged, even more so after a few rum cocktails.

New Orleans, the city where ‘anything goes’, hosts the most famous Mardi Gras. The practice of flashing in the French quarter has become quite popular so we are sure Harry would fit in just fine!

5. New South Wales
Samurai Beach, a ‘clothing optional resort’ in New South Wales, Australia could be the perfect place for Harry to relax after a hard week partying in Vegas. For the more energetic, the Nude Olympics are held here every November.

Events include surfing, the torch relay, and the more docile egg and spoon race. And with so much on show, one's unclothed figure wouldn't stick out in any grainy mobile phone pictures!
