Commencement Decision of the Reorganization Proceedings and Explanation on Payment Approvals

On January 19, 2010, the Tokyo District Court rendered a decision to commence the reorganization proceedings for Japan Airlines Corporation, Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd., and JAL Capital Co., Ltd.
